Standard Lead Time for Products

Blinds, Shades, Honeycombs, Verticals: 2-3 Weeks
Woven Woods, Vignettes, Specialty Shades: 3 Weeks
Standard Shutters: 6 Weeks to 8 Weeks
Specialty Shutters: 8 Weeks to 10 Weeks

We will call you within 24 hours of goods receipt to schedule an install time that works for you.

Install

During our installation, we’ll:

Provide a certified installer to put up your window treatments
Demonstrate how to use the operating system and provide maintenance tips
Clean-up after ourselves, including vacuuming the window sills
Leave a copy of the invoice and collect the balance due

After sales service includes free labor on any repair of products we’ve installed and ALL products we sell are backed by the manufacturers full warranty. Product warranties range from 5-years to lifetime.
